MEPIT has decided to take part in “Volare Volare: From Italy To Space” project.

As an exemplary aerospace company we were selected as a case study to understand what are the competitive challenges that the industry of our country still manages to win.

The project is about telling the past, living the present and imagining the future of the aeronautical and the aerospace sector related to the Piedmont territory.

The initiative will find its culmination at the concluding conference that will take place in the morning of 28 November at the Torino Incontra Building – Einaudi Hall, via Nino Costa 8 Torino.

The project intends to be a time of comparison on issues such as internationalization, training and markets, studying some of the realities of the industry: Leonardo, Prima Power, Fuchs, Apr, Microtecnica, Thales Alenia, Bisiach & Carrù.

During the event, the documentary will be screened in the hall, to which we have taken part, dedicated to the Piedmont aeronautical and aerospace district.

Nowadays many of the most important Italian aircraft and space systems developed in recent years have made an important contribution, especially in terms of system integration, by the Piedmont industries.

Piedmont, since the dawn of the history of Italian aviation, has always been a development center for integrated aircraft projects, linked to the progress of the aeronautical and the aerospace sector.

Piedmont is a high-potential area where leading companies, subcontracting companies and research centers and universities coexist: a winning mix that has allowed the development of an advanced and innovative sector.
