Training and talent in MEPIT
We strongly believe in dreams and determination, that is why we invest in training activities, both internal and external our company. In our Research and Development activities we have also established successful collaborations with Italian universities including the Polytechnic of Turin and the University of Florence.
October 7, 2016, in collaboration with Manpower Italy, MEPIT has dedicated a whole day to a group of young students eager to enter the world of work.
We are always looking for new talents. With Manpower Italy, we kicked off this project: introducing young and promising workers in our world. They were presented the company, its areas, equipments and features. The young talents performed manual tests and talked with the different functions of the company, from the managers of each department, to the human resources manager.
From this group, two people were selected and are now included in our staff. It was an enriching experience at any level and a motivation for the current staff as well.
